On January 12, 2012, the Las Vegas Natural History Museum hosted the premiere of Dinosaur Mummy CSI, an interactive exhibit designed from the unique perspective of showcasing the amazing technologies applied to the study of the the world's most complete dinosaur fossil. This exhibit is an image and video based experience that illustrates how technology has provided tools to paleontology that allow for an understanding of dinosaurs never before possible.
A permanent part of the Las Vegas Vegas Natural History Museum dinosaur hall, Dinosaur Mummy CSI is being cloned as a traveling exhibit available in a variety of footprints and at extremely attractive pricing. With an extensive web based component that can be customized and easily integrated into a museum's web site and education outreach program, the exhibit is designed to offer visitors an extension of the museum experience.
